The spraying device is composed of a frame、a diesel engine、a battery、a three-cylinder piston pump、a high-pressure hose and a hand-held spray gun.
The rack is equipped with wheels for easy movement.
The diesel engine drives a three-cylinder piston pump (12) through a triangular belt (15).
The tightness of the triangle belt can be adjusted by the jacking screw (18).
The main materials such as the frame are stainless steel、and the surface of the exposed parts is coated with stainless steel anti-corrosion paint.
The shock-proof pressure gauge (6) shows the spraying pressure、and the "pressure automatic unloading valve" (4) on the pump is used to adjust the spraying pressure and automatically unload when the spraying is stopped.
The hand-held spray gun (10) has functions such as remote spraying and short-range mist spraying、which can be adjusted according to the specific situation with the adjustment handle of the front end of the spray gun.
The connecting hose between the hand gun and the spray pump station is a 10-meter long high pressure oil resistant hose (11).
The pipette is a 6-meter long wire wound transparent plastic hose with a stainless steel quick change connector at one end.

Three、Working principle
The machine uses the output power of the diesel engine to drive the three-cylinder piston pump through the triangular belt drive、The three-cylinder piston pump pumps the spilled oil dispersant from the storage container of the spilled oil dispersant through the suction pipe、and then sprits the oil polluted water surface through the high-pressure hose and the hand-held spray gun pressure.
Adjust the spray pressure by observing the pressure gauge with the "pressure automatic unloading valve".
The spray gun is designed as a gun type、hold the trigger、make the gun valve open、high pressure liquid flows through the spray gun hose、spray out of the gun、release the trigger、the valve is closed under the action of the spring、you can stop the spraying operation、at this time、the "pressure automatic unloading valve" makes the three-cylinder piston pump automatically unloaded.
The spray gun can be used for remote DC spray or short-range mist spray、with the adjustment sleeve at the front end of the spray gun.
