1、Fully unfold the oil containment boom from the reel;
2、the coupling is completely closed and fixed at one end of the oil fence with a binding belt;
3、the water-filled coupling and the inflatable coupling are fixed on the other end of the oil fence with a binding belt;
4、Open the control valve of the inflation coupling and connect it to the air source、inflate it with a blower or other inflation equipment、and close the control valve after it is full;
5、Put the gas-filled oil containment boom into the water to surround the oil slick water surface area;
6、Then open the water-filled coupling control valve and connect it to the water source、fill the water into it、and close the valve after it is filled、so that it can float on the water surface for a long time;

4、Storage method
Clean and tidy the recovered oil fence、roll it on the reel、and aerate and fill the coupling with water
